Work/KnowledgePilot
ConceptKnowledgePilot
A knowledge base and helpdesk: full-text article search, categories, a feedback loop and an admin CMS.
The challenge
Support teams answer the same questions over and over. A knowledge base helps only if people can find the answer in seconds — which means real full-text search, sensible categories and a feedback loop that shows which articles are missing or wrong.
What I plan to build
- Full-text article search built on SQLite FTS with ranked results
- Categories, tags and a clean article structure that scales
- Feedback loop — was-this-helpful plus a follow-up form for gaps
- Administration CMS for writing, reviewing and publishing articles
- Access levels for contributors, editors and readers
- Automated tests for search relevance and permission rules
Search quality is the product. The design pairs full-text indexing with a readable article layout, and the feedback loop turns reader behavior into an editorial queue: articles with poor feedback get reviewed first.

Status
Concept stage. The schema, search strategy and editorial workflow are defined; the build is planned.
Next steps: Build the article model and FTS search with tests, then the CMS and the feedback loop, and publish the working result here.
